Right of Withdrawal

2. We will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours
3. Ship the product to the address indicated in our response

Refund

Once the return is received and validated, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Products

In the event of a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping and offer you the choice between a replacement or a full refund.
